What Reserving Means

Reserving gives you priority access to our Fall 2026 harvest and allows us to raise a Berkshire hog specifically for committed households. Reservations are limited and filled in the order confirmed.

Deposits

  • Half Hog — $200 deposit

  • Whole Hog — $300 deposit

Deposits apply toward your final balance and are non-refundable due to production planning. Deposits are requested after we confirm availability
